The entrance of the cologne to the Ottoman lands,  coincides with the first years of the II Abdulhamid period. Ahmet Faruki, who founded the first perfumery factory in 1882, is the first person to produce cologne like many other preparations in our country. Ahmet Faruki named Eau de Cologne, which was called “odikolon” by the public at that time, “cologne”. Harrem Cologne series is produced based on the formulas of Ahmet Faruki.
